Because Bella-Lea Baby products are all handmade, slight variations in workmanship are expected. However, these variations do not affect the overall quality of the product.
Most products ship within a week. Please allow 3-4 weeks for custom orders(although special arrangements can be made for RUSH orders) and very large orders.
Although we do not expect a customer will ever be dissatisfied with a product, we will accept returns. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products. Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis - for information, contact customer service at bella-leababy@hotmail.com.
